Product executive · VP of Product, Duetto

I build strong, resilient product teams.

I've spent nine years building the forecasting and pricing software hotels run their revenue on. I review AI-written specs the way engineers review code, and I prep every one-on-one with a system I built myself in Claude.

ARR growth across nine years at Duetto

#1

Duetto was voted the #1 hotel revenue management system on Hotel Tech Report, four years running

100%

PM adoption of our AI-driven product development system

Product orgs that ship outcomes, not output.

Six calls I've made, and what they changed.

01 · Stopping the wrong thing

Sunsetting an acquired product before it ate the roadmap

It cost far more to run than it earned, with a long road to break even. I made the call to stop, and moved a 10-person team to work that mattered more.

02 · AI as the operating system

Reviewing product artifacts the way engineers review code

I helped shape an AI-driven product development system where AI-generated specs and artifacts go through the same pull-request review as code, and championed it across product. Every PM now uses it. Claude, Cursor and GitHub are daily tools across product and engineering.

03 · Building with customers

A new entry-level tier, co-designed with two hotels

Two customer design partners from concept through launch. We validated the pricing model together, then turned it into a new reseller channel for sales.

04 · Holding a team through change

Keeping delivery steady through a major restructuring

A restructuring, an offshore-to-nearshore transition and a change in leadership at the top, all at the same time. I rebuilt the product org and kept delivery velocity where it needed to be.

05 · Building through a downturn · 2020–2021

Launching into a market that had shut down

I built and launched a new enterprise product line while up to 80% of hotels were closed, and it still found real traction in its first year. At the same time, we reworked our forecasting models fast enough to keep up with the disruption, holding customer churn under 10%.

06 · Reimagining what I inherited · 2017–2019

Turning a struggling product into a flagship

I inherited ScoreBoard, our forecasting and reporting product, stalled: no clear direction, no clear pitch, and customers saying it wasn't ready. I went back to the problem, made the go/no-go call, and relaunched it. It reached 80%+ cross-sell across our customer base and helped Duetto nearly double ARR.

“Sabrina has become an invaluable asset to Duetto and to us as clients. Her deep knowledge and professionalism in addressing our needs are unparalleled.”

How I lead

People over process. Curiosity over comfort.

I started in accounting and finance, learned fast that spreadsheets weren't my destiny, and stumbled into product at a startup in Vermont. I've believed ever since that building teams matters as much as building products.

Speaking

Talks for product leaders who'd rather hear what actually happened.

Concrete stories, real numbers, and the decisions behind them. No frameworks for the sake of frameworks.

Keynote · CPO Summit Boston · August 2026

Built for the pressure

Product leaders are now the layer that pressure-tests ideas before they reach the team. Three moves for leading through it, and the AI system I built to stay present for my people.

Chief Product Officer Summit, hosted by Product-Led Alliance

Workshop · Duetto Level Up Labs · September 2026

Public speaking isn't the stage. It's every meeting you're in.

A practical session on speaking up with confidence wherever the moment happens: designing for one listener, structures any talk can follow, delivery on video, and managing nerves.

Topics I speak on

  • Saying no more than yes: stopping the wrong thing before it reaches the team
  • Building an AI-native product org that people actually use
  • Why AI expands the manager's job, and how to buy back the bandwidth
  • Speaking with confidence, in the meeting as much as on the stage

Writing

What I'm thinking about, mostly on LinkedIn.

Off the clock

I'm an avid reader, a regular at the gym, a newly hooked bookbinder, and happiest when I'm hitting the slopes. I'm also mom to two boys who keep me endlessly curious.

I love to mentor and coach, so I bring it to students at the University of Vermont, my alma mater: speaking on product management and the leap from campus to career.

And I'm making real time for myself. I'm journaling and thinking hard about the person I want to be and the life I want to lead. It's really an act of discovery: the same curiosity I bring to product, turned inward.

Let's talk about what you're building.

Yes, that's still my OG email, maiden name and all. Updating it is on the roadmap. Somewhere below the fold.
